Study Design

The drug-drug interaction potential of ledipasvir/sofosbuvir (LDV/SOF) with abacavir/lamivudine (ABC/3TC) was assessed in a pharmacokinetic evaluation. LDV/SOF was administered as 90/400mg QD and ABC/3TC as 600/300mg QD.

Study Results

No effect on the PK parameters of LDV, SOF (or circulating metabolite GS-331007), ABC or 3TC was observed when LDV/SOF was co-administered with ABC/3TC. The magnitude of change in the pharmacokinetic parameters was not stated.

Study Conclusions

The authors state that LDV/SOF may be co-administered with ABC/3TC.
