Summary

Caution is warranted during coadministration of rosuvastatin with daclatasvir, and other substrates of OATP1B1 or BCRP transporters, as daclatavir is an inhibitor. Consider dose adjustment of rosuvastatin, and close monitoring for therapeutic effect and adverse reactions.

Study Results
