Study Results

No formal study has reviewed the drug interaction between these agents. Tramadol is extensivelymetabolized in the liver by O - and N-demethylation and by conjugation reactions to form glucuronides and sulfates. . Integrase inhibitors are primarily metabolized via UGT enzymes.
