Summary

Patients taking stavudine, lamivudine and indinavir concurrently with modified CHOP (including cyclophosphamide 375 mg/m²) or CHOP (cyclophosphamide 750 mg/m²) had a 1.5 fold reduction in cyclophosphamide clearance as compared with control values.
