Summary

The concomitant use of lopinavir/ritonavir and H2 receptor antagonist and proton pump inhibitors were not found to effect concentrations of lopinavir/ritonavir in limited studies. Acid reducing agents (omeprazole and ranitadine) did not significantly alter LPV or RTV exposure after co-administration with LPV/r 400/100 mg BID or 800/200 mg QD tablets.
