Summary

56 healthy volunteers participated in a randomized, open-label, two-arm, three-period cross-over study to evaluate the combination of esomeprazole 20mg QD (ESO) and fosamprenavir/ritonavir 700/100mg BID (FPV/RTV) or FPV 1400mg BID. FPV were not changed with the addition of ESO. Only ESO Cmax was increased 55%.
