Summary

Twenty two pts were given either paroxetine 20mg QD alone or combined with Fosamprenavir/ritonavir (FPV/RTV) 700/100mg BID. FPV/RTV demonstrated a 60% decrease in AUC of paroxetine; however, paroxetine did not affect FPV concentrations as compared to historic controls.
